Trainings
and Workshops
I am passionate about developing people and a facilitator with passion for neuroscience and behaviour change. I specialise in developing people to achieve their full potential and firmly believe in the power of science to help us understand the complexities of the human brain and behaviour. My focus is on key societal challenges: Change, Ethical behaviour, Leadership, and Intercultural Integration.
I pride myself on creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore new ideas, challenge their status quo and develop new skills. My workshops are interactive, engaging, and designed to deliver practical real-world results.

Responsible Leadership Trainings and applied Ethics
My work as an expert with the Global Ethics Committee (Globethics.net) in Geneva brought me to countries like Indonesia and virtually to Vietnam, Afghanistan, small Islands in the Caribbean as well as the Americas, Africa and last but not least all over Europe.
I have received several peace awards for my work with young Peace Leaders and Peace Champions.

Consulting
I have worked as Project Manager with emphasis on application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements in a globalized world.
As Leader I headed a team of international IT experts in the successful pioneer global solution implementation for a global Japanese Company.
Whilst change is a long process, my workshops serve as a catalyst, igniting the spark of transformation in each participant.

„Thank you so much for the detailed insights into the module, this is super helpful to us as we work with the client to refine their learner journeys and identify what topics will fit in best. As it happens, this session was very
popular with the participants – many asking for it to be a longer session as they really valued the rich discussion and coverage of the topic.„
